Series Overview
The RF-ANF Series is our premium pharmaceutical filtration range, specifically developed for Agitated Nutsche Filter/Dryers (ANF/D) — the workhorse of API isolation and solvent recovery. Every cloth is produced without sewing: ultrasonic welding joins fabric layers using high-frequency vibration, eliminating thread, needles, and the associated contamination risk.
For the highest purity demands, fully seamless constructions are available — a single continuous fabric with no joints at all. All RF-ANF cloths come with full material traceability, batch certificates, and extractable test documentation.

Why Ultrasonic Welding?
The joining technology defines the contamination risk of a pharmaceutical filter cloth.
No Thread Fibres
Sewing thread is the #1 contamination source in pharma filter cloths. Ultrasonic welding eliminates it entirely — no fibres in your product.
No Needle Fragments
Industrial sewing needles can break and embed in fabric. With ultrasonic welding, no needles ever contact the cloth.
Sealed Seam Surface
The ultrasonic weld fuses fabric layers into a continuous bond. No needle holes, no bypass channels — the full cloth surface is active filtration area.
CIP Compatible
Smooth, sealed welds resist residue buildup and are fully cleanable by CIP/WIP processes. No thread-seam dead zones.
Validation Ready
IQ/OQ documentation, material certificates, extractable data, and change notification protocols included with every delivery.
Batch Traceability
Every RF-ANF cloth carries a unique batch number traceable to raw material lot, weave run, and welding date.
