Personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly Internet presence, including its contents and the services offered there.

Ebenfalls haben die Nutzer und Betroffenen nach Art. 21 DSGVO das Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die künftige Verarbeitung der sie betreffenden Daten, sofern die Daten durch den Anbieter nach Maßgabe von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO verarbeitet werden. Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal storage obligations, and no other information is subsequently provided on individual processing procedures.

Server Data / Serverdaten

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted to us or to our web space provider by your Internet browser. These so-called server log files record, among other things, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have switched to our Internet presence (referrer URL), the website(s) you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP address.

This data is stored temporarily, but not together with other data about you.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our Internet presence.

The data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidential purposes.

Aus technischen Gründen, insbesondere zur Gewährleistung eines sicheren und stabilen Internetauftritts, werden Daten durch Ihren Internet-Browser an uns bzw. an unseren Webspace-Provider übermittelt. Newsletter

If you sign up for our free newsletter, the data requested — your email address and optionally your name and address — will be transmitted to us. We also store the IP address and the date and time of your registration.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR) by notifying us or using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

Our website promotes presences on social networks via linked graphics or text links. This ensures that no connection to the respective social network server is established when our website is accessed. Only when you click the corresponding link will you be redirected to the respective social network service.

Consent Mode v2: We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are only set after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner displayed at the bottom of the page. GA4 processes data including your IP address (anonymised within the EU/EEA before transmission), browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and referral source. Google states that your IP address will not be merged with other Google data.

Opt-Out: You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage (key: rf_cookie_consent) or by installing theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdWords with Conversion Tracking

We use Google AdWords conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements. When you click on a Google-served ad, a conversion cookie is stored on your device for 30 days. This cookie does not serve for personal identification.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. You can prevent the installation of cookies through your browser settings.

Google Remarketing

We use Google's remarketing or “similar audiences” feature to deliver interest-based, personalised advertising on third-party websites that participate in Google's advertising network. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

MailChimp – Newsletter

For newsletter distribution we use MailChimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA. When you sign up for our newsletter, the data requested during registration (email address, optionally name and address) is processed by The Rocket Science Group. Your IP address and the date of registration are also stored.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter and analysis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
