Series Overview
The RF-CF Series delivers precision centrifuge filter media for the most demanding batch and continuous centrifuge applications. Each cloth is custom-manufactured to your specific basket geometry and fastened with the appropriate locking system for your centrifuge type.

Material Options
Material choice depends on your process chemistry, temperature, and product purity requirements.
PET (Polyester)
Excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability under centrifugal load. Good chemical resistance for neutral to acidic conditions. The standard choice for many centrifuge applications.
PP (Polypropylene)
Full pH resistance from strong acids to strong alkalis. The preferred material for chemical and pharmaceutical centrifuge applications with aggressive process media.
PA (Polyamide / Nylon)
High elasticity and excellent abrasion resistance. Particularly suited for crystalline products and mineral salts where sharp particles are present.
PEEK
The premium choice for extreme conditions — aggressive solvents, high temperatures up to 260°C, and applications requiring the highest chemical inertness.
Centrifuge Types
Peeler Centrifuge
The cloth lines the basket and the cake is removed by a peeling knife. Requires smooth, low-adhesion surfaces for clean peeling. Easy-release coatings are highly recommended.
Pusher Centrifuge
Multi-stage machines that push the cake axially through the basket. The cloth must resist the shear forces of the pushing mechanism while maintaining consistent permeability.
Inverting Filter Centrifuge
The filter bag inverts to discharge the cake. Requires highly flexible, elastic fabric that withstands repeated inversion cycles without fatigue or dimensional change.

Custom Basket Fit
Every centrifuge cloth is manufactured to your basket’s exact inner diameter, depth, and perforation pattern. We work from your drawings or OEM specifications.
Bottom & Rim Sealing
Precision-sewn bottom discs and rim reinforcements prevent bypass and ensure the full basket area contributes to filtration.
Locking Systems
Compatible with all standard centrifuge cloth locking mechanisms — O-rings, clamping rings, and bayonet systems from all major manufacturers.

Centrifuge Bags
Complete filter bags sewn or welded to your basket dimensions. Available for peeler, pusher, and top-discharge centrifuges. Bottom disc integrated or separate.
Centrifuge Liners (DLW)
Disposable or reusable liner cloths that sit inside the basket as an insert. Quick to change, ideal for multi-product facilities requiring fast changeovers between batches.
Inverting Filter Bags
Specially engineered flexible bags for inverting filter centrifuges. Must withstand repeated inversion cycles without fatigue, deformation, or permeability change. High-elasticity PA and PET constructions.
Seamless / Welded Bags
Ultrasonic-welded centrifuge bags without stitching for pharmaceutical applications. Zero thread contamination, sealed seams, GMP documentation included.
Backing Screens
Support screens that sit behind the filter bag to provide drainage and mechanical support. Matched to your basket perforation pattern.
Antistatic Bags
Centrifuge bags with integrated conductive fibres for solvent-wet applications in ATEX-classified environments. Permanent ESD protection.
