Series Overview
Pressure leaf filters use stacked filter elements (“leaves”) immersed in a pressure vessel. The filter cloth or bag covers each leaf, capturing solids as liquid passes through under pressure. This design is widely used for polishing, clarification, and pre-coat filtration where clear filtrate and consistent retention are essential.

Exact Leaf Fit
Every bag or cloth is cut and sewn to your specific leaf dimensions and frame type. Tight fit eliminates wrinkles and bypass channels.
Pre-Coat Compatible
Smooth fabric surfaces support pre-coat (DE, perlite, cellulose) build-up for polishing filtration. Uniform cake formation across the leaf.
Clean Discharge
Easy-release surfaces and monofilament constructions ensure spent pre-coat or cake releases cleanly during blow-down or vibration.
Reinforced Edges
High-stress areas around the manifold connection and leaf frame are reinforced to prevent premature failure and extend cloth life.
