Series Overview
Air slide fabrics are the heart of gravity-assisted pneumatic conveying. The RF-AS Series provides permeable membrane fabrics that distribute low-pressure air evenly through the slide trough, creating a fluidised powder layer that flows smoothly by gravity. The fabric controls the airflow rate, uniformity, and consequently the entire conveying process.
We manufacture air slide fabrics to exact permeability specifications, with consistent performance across the full width and length. Available in standard, high-flow, high-temperature, and antistatic variants to match your specific material and environment.

Uniform Fluidisation
Tightly controlled permeability across the full fabric area ensures no channelling, no dead zones, and consistent material flow from inlet to outlet.
High-Temperature Variants
Aramid/PET blends for hot clinker and alumina at up to 220°C. No shrinkage, no permeability loss at temperature.
Abrasion Resistant
Cement clinker and mineral particles are highly abrasive. Heavy-duty weave constructions extend fabric life to 5–10 years in continuous operation.
Low Pressure Drop
Optimised weave structures minimise pressure drop across the fabric, reducing blower energy consumption while maintaining full fluidisation.
Easy Installation
Supplied in pre-cut panels or continuous rolls to match your slide trough dimensions. Joining strips and edge reinforcement available.
Long Service Life
Premium polyester and aramid fibres maintain permeability for 5–10+ years. Low total cost of ownership compared to frequent replacements.
