Scope of Supply & FAQ
Can you manufacture a replacement filter belt for my rotating belt filter?
In most cases, yes. We manufacture replacement filter belts to your existing belt, dimensions and application requirements. Send us your model or article number, the belt dimensions, or simply a photo of your existing belt and we will check whether a suitable replacement can be produced.
What do you need to quote a replacement belt?
Ideally the model / article number plus the belt length, width, mesh opening, filter material and seam type. If you do not have the full specification, a photo of the existing belt together with the model designation is usually enough for us to start the assessment.
Do you supply the mechanical guide and drive components?
No. Our offer focuses on the filter belt / filter mesh itself. Mechanical drive, guide and other machine components are not included.
Are you an official supplier for these systems?
No. R+F FilterElements is an independent manufacturer of replacement filter belts. Model and article designations are used only to identify the equipment for which a replacement belt is requested. We are not affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer.
