About Sparkler Filters
Sparkler-type filters are horizontal plate filters consisting of stacked circular filter plates inside a pressure housing. Liquid flows through the filter medium on each plate, with solids retained on the surface. They excel at polishing filtration where high clarity and low solids loading are required.
Available as both woven filter cloths (reusable) and nonwoven filter pads (disposable), Sparkler filters are valued for their simplicity, compact footprint, and consistent filtrate quality. They are widely used in edible oil, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and speciality chemical applications.

Woven Filter Cloths
Reusable precision-woven cloths in monofilament PET or PP. Cut to exact plate diameter with clean edges. Economical for repeated use.
Nonwoven Filter Pads
Disposable depth filtration pads in various grades (coarse to sterile). Ideal for polishing and guard filtration where pad disposal is preferred.
Precoat Support Cloths
Woven support media for diatomaceous earth or activated carbon precoat applications. Provides uniform bed support and prevents media migration.
Food Grade / FDA
Materials and constructions compliant with FDA 21 CFR and EU food contact regulations. Full material certificates and traceability available.
Precision Die-Cut
Each pad or cloth is die-cut to your exact plate dimensions with centre hole and alignment features. Clean edges prevent fibre contamination.
OEM Compatibility
Compatible with Sparkler, Seitz, Ertel Alsop, and all standard horizontal plate filter systems. Custom sizes available to drawing.
